In case you decide to have your purchase shipped we will try to ensure that your order is delivered as soon as possible to the shipping agent, when the object (purchase) is delivered to shipping company, Ineichen Zurich AG is no longer liable for it. All the liability for delivery delays, transportation damages, etc. is regulated by conditions of the shipping company.
If no one is available at your address to sign for your order, you will need to contact our delivery partner to rearrange delivery.
In certain circumstances our delivery partner may provide you with the following options when delivering your order:
- Signature release: opting out of the requirement to provide a signature on delivery.
- Re-directing the delivery to a nearest office (“On Demand Delivery Service”).
By selecting either of these options, you acknowledge and agree that Ineichen Zurich AG shall bear no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage that may result from delivering your order in accordance with your request.
If you purchase watches for delivery to an international destination, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the package reaches that destination. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you breach any such laws.
